About Daniel Price
Daniel is the firm’s trainee solicitor, in his second year and currently in the disputes team under the supervision of Samuel Marsh. He expects to qualify in 2027. On a dispute he prepares the chronology and the court bundle, drafts letters before claim and keeps every court deadline in the matter record, so he is often the person who calls to tell you what has happened and what comes next. Before law he spent four years in credit control at a building supplies company, so he knows what chasing an unpaid invoice looks like from the inside. Daniel worked on the unpaid invoices matter listed under Matters, which was paid in full four months after instruction. As a trainee, his work is checked by a qualified solicitor before it reaches you, and his time is charged at the trainee rate. He speaks Spanish.
Daniel works on matters led by Samuel Marsh, such as the unpaid invoices claim for an engineering firm.
