Questions employers ask

Questions employers ask

A discussion in which an employer can propose ending employment on agreed terms without the offer being used in an ordinary unfair dismissal claim. It has limits, set out in our note on settlement agreements.

It usually means a claim is being considered. Send it to us the day it arrives: the steps you take during conciliation can shape the whole claim.
